We said it about the "entry-level" Onkyo receiver, and we'll say it about their "mid-range" TX-NR708: ain't nothin' middle-of-the-audio-road about it! Its claim to fame is its internet radio feature, but you almost don't notice that with all the other extras Onkyo stuffs in this bad boy. It boasts 110W per channel and comes with 7 high-speed HDMI 1.4 inputs and a cornucopia of A/V and surround connection options, Audyssey DSX and Dolby Pro Logic IIz processing, Burr-Brown DACs, and the coveted THX Select2 Plus stamp of approval -- and that's just the tip of this audio iceberg!
